I'm a Full-stack Dev at DX Heroes. My portfolio ranges from web dev and MCP server tooling to React Native apps. Lately, everything revolves around AI integration (AI features, MCP connectors, etc.). Powered by TypeScript & Python.
Bio
My journey as a programmer started in the bioinformatics study program, which is an interdisciplinary program run jointly by the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University. I completed it with a Master's degree in 2025.
A few notable projects throughout my studies:
- An experimental simulation engine for proteins written in Java (Bachelor's thesis)
- A CADD pipeline to determine hydrogen positions in protein–drug binding sites (Master's thesis)
I completed my Master's thesis as part of my research assistant role in the Jan Řezáč Group at IOCB Prague.
